Default What Quest Gives THIS Axe?

People are trying to sell them for outrageous amounts of money by simply adding an axe grip of enchanting (19% in this case).

Does anyone know what quest gives this (it's not a collector's item, from what I can tell)?

I don't know for certian but wouldn't the upgrades in this case be redundant? I mean it's not like dbl +30 health like we see on green items, so I'm not sure that two +19% longer enchant mobs mean +38% longer.

i think it would be figured as (for example) lasts 100 seconds, so 19% of 100 is 19. so it now lasts 119 seconds. then, it would be 19% of 119 seconds for the second enchant mod, totaling the time at 141.61, instead of the 38% of 100 at 138 seconds

They should stack. Two 20% recharges stack, so I don't see why not.

Throw in the divine icon that has divine favor skills recharge 20% faster, and make it mo/r with serpants quickness. See how often you have downtime then

they do stack. tested it out with IW on my mesmer, with 2 19% enchanting mods. IW on it's own lasts 30 secs, recharge 40 secs. with this axe, it wears out just after IW is recharged. if it didn't stack and only one 19% enchanting mod had any effect, it would have only lasted 35.7 seconds.

this rocks for invinci monk build. cast Blessed Aura and you can get almost 80% longer... you can own pretty good.

Sorta like an extra 19% of 19% added to the original 19%?

That axe would be good to have as 55 hp Monk in UW...
I think there is a stack limit to how percentage to how much longer your enchants last with mods and skills. Probably caps at 50%.
